Zeiss CMM

The first machine to be set up in our new building has been a Zeiss Accura II coordinate measuring machine, offering a measuring space of 1200x1800x1000mm. After proper training of our quality staff in application software Calypso, we are now able to program and run measuring routines of any component size machined by us with high reproducibility. This means a quantum leap in the quality supervision of our machining workshop, lifting it to a higher capability level. There are no dimensions, shape or position tolerances that we cannot measure in-house with highest precision. Our Accura II comes with a maximum accuracy error of up to only 1,8µm!
