You determine how your components are tested by qualified staff – leakage tests, X-ray images (DR), coordinate measurements (Zeiss/Calypso), dye penetration tests (PT) or mechanical properties. Naturally, we prefer not to learn at the end of production that something went wrong in the beginning. We design our processes within tight process parameters, document them, and continuously inspect the individual production steps. Running a detailed new part process with the support of simulation tools (MAGMA) enables reproducibility for the series process. Throughout the process, we use spectrometry analysis, thermal analysis, density testing, sand analysis, gauges, electronic sample catalogues, shipping instructions, specification of testing intervals, and much more. This is how we ensure that you receive what you have expected – a cast element of excellent quality; so that you return – and not your product is sent back.
