Partnership with local high school

We have agreed on a partnership with local secondary school Gemeinschaftshauptschule Suechteln, targeting the early encouragement of young students into the profession of a foundry man. Through company visits and internships at an early stage, students have the opportunity to learn more about this profession and to understand the framework of a potential 3.5-year apprenticeship. They are encouraged to understand the importance of learning applied natural sciences in school. Dietermann has a long track record of qualifying its future technical staff through combined theoretical and practical training in apprenticeships.
