Open house

In the 95th year of its existence, Dietermann + Co. celebrated a successful family day with more than 200 participants. Employees were invited to bring their families to the company to show their workplaces. At the same time, they had the chance to strengthen their understanding for their colleagues’ work scope. Kids could join multiple activities and competitions, and all enjoyed the catering. Participation in different shop floor tours was strong, which demonstrated to insiders and outsiders the full value stream from sand and molten aluminum to the machining in the range of micrometers. Employees learned from exhibits, how they contribute to the global success of our customers. The day finished with a still on-going balloon competition. We would like to thank all customers for providing exhibits, and all senders for their kind return of the cards attached to the balloons!
