Large investment in our machining shop”: In order to satisfy our customers’ growing demand for added value on top of the casting, we have made a significant investment in our machining department. Our new universal milling machine DMF260/1100FD is able to do simultaneous 5 axis / 5 sided milling and turning operations up to part diagonals of 1400mm and 4 axis / 4 sided milling operations up to 2600mm length. This is a great leap forward for our internal machining capabilities: now we are able to machine almost all geometries that are cast in our foundry. This is a consequent continuation on our path to provide added values on top of the casting internally as well as with external partners!
