Investment into core sand preparation

In August and September of this year we have put into operation a complete new, central core sand preparation plant. This centralized unit doses and mixes with high precision our standard sand as well as special sands with the components of the binder according to different recipes as currently required by the respective core shooter. This investment strengthens our process stability and with that the quality of our core production. Similarly to our investment into green sand preparation (Link) we are convinced that the quality of the preparation of our sands plays a decisive role on our part quality.
